The Blood Center of Iowa is proud to be the sole provider of all blood and blood products to 46 hospitals in Iowa. As an independent, community-based blood collection organization, The Blood Center strives to provide the right product, to the right patient, at the right time by maintaining a stable, quality blood supply for the community. The Blood Center of Iowa is also committed to serving other blood centers and hospitals across the country when its supply allows.
